During my six months internship in Cloud and Integration department at CEBS, I learnt about following DevOps tools:
Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Bicep, ARM Templates.
Deployments using Azure PowerShell and Azure CLI.
Deployments using CI/CD on Azure DevOps.
Basic Git commands and Azure Repos management.
I also learnt monitoring tools in Azure and monitored critical Cloud infrastructure using Azure Monitor, Application Insights and Kusto Query Language(KQL).
I worked as IT Support Executive at Pakistan Emergency Help Line (PEHEL911) on pay role of Khazana Enterprise (Pvt.) Limited
I was responsible to ensure smooth connectivity on all work-stations and PCs in office. Report any connectivity and hardware issues to higher management.
1- Take Readiness from Field Engineers 24 hours earlier than time of task execution.
2- Take Estimated Time of Arrival from Field Engineers 2 hours earlier than time of task execution.
3- Co-ordinate with Clients (NSC Global and PARK PLACE TECHNOLOGIES) and ensure communication between Clients and Remote Engineers.
4- Ensure co-ordination of Field Engineers with Remote Engineers for smooth execution of task.
5- After completion of task, prepare Site Visit Report (SVR) and Employee On-Site Performance Feedback Form (EOPFF) and sharing SVR and EOPFF with clients.
6- Evaluation of Field Engineers.
