Site Engineer
Following are include in my major responsibilities.
1- To design a steel structure according to requirement.
2-Design will area with Column.
3-Design mechanical Door,Car and Counter weight according to requirement.
4-Design motor according to requirement(Load in KW)
5-Design control systems with sensor(Magnetic sensor and Limit switch).
6-Design and construction of a control panel according to requirement(Floor\'s).
7-Suggestion for Variable frequency drive(VVF&VFD) according to the power/load(KW).
Trainee Engineer
Major responsibilities include
-Electrical system\'s including LV panal, HV panel, power distribution panels,DB , Electrical motors, power and troubleshooting
-Mechanical systems its maintenance .
In mechanical section their is multiple task to be perform which is mention below
1. Heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) System:
In HVAC system responsibilities including maintenance, operation and troubleshooting.
2. Boiler system::
In boiler(Electric stream boiler) responsibilities including maintenance only.

ii. To observe how a maintenance department work in a huge manufacturing facility
iii.To visit the manufacturing shops where I saw and obseve the step by step parts manufaturing of weapons.
v. To understand CNC programming of different parts including shell of small and heavy ammo, with other weapon parts using CNC machines
iv. To visit in machine shops where I saw different manufaturing processes such as manufacturing of tank Shells, pistol shells, and weapons parts including LMG, MP5,G3, snipers, 9mm pistol, missile fusses, anti tank, hand guarnate etc
vi. To submit a detail report about the complete manufacturing processes and procedure/machining of these parts
