Coordinating with the MEAL & IM departments, I facilitated continual project monitoring to achieve specific objectives. Furthermore, I liaised with district managers, developed district-specific plans, supervised teams, and provided leadership and support through training. I finalized monthly and quarterly reports, maintained stakeholder coordination, ensured effective administrative, accounting, and human resource management, and managed timely procurement. Maintaining relationships with partners and donors, ensuring technical verification, documenting discussions, and overseeing consultant hiring processes were also integral aspects of my role.

During my tenure, I cultivated partnerships between stakeholders from the Department of Health, vertical programs, Nutrition Units/Cells, and relevant NGOs at both district and provincial levels to enhance program performance. I facilitated continuous communication with key policymakers, ensuring timely information dissemination and addressing gaps or challenges. Advocacy efforts were focused on creating an enabling environment for scaling up interventions to additional districts within the province. Regular coordination with the National Coordinator and National Program Officer ensured alignment of Maternal, Newborn Health and Nutrition (MNHN) work with project objectives. I developed and submitted monthly plans for MNHN project implementation in coordination with field teams, and compiled provincial training activity plans with the National Coordinator. Active participation in governmental planning meetings advanced the organization\\\'s mandate. With the Provincial Coordinator, I executed Annual Work Plan activities, organized training sessions for public sector healthcare providers, and oversaw on-job capacity building of government functionaries by field teams. Meticulous management of logistics and commodity distribution at district, tehsil, and health facility levels ensured efficient operations. I closely monitored commodity supply transfer, storage, and distribution, maintaining data reliability and sharing findings with the Provincial Coordinator. On-going project monitoring utilized tools from the Monitoring and Evaluation (MI) department, with reports submitted to the Provincial Coordinator and monthly project review meetings held at district and provincial levels. Regular field visits ensured compliance and proper commodity utilization in coordination with the Health Department.
 

As Provincial Program Manager, I undertook various responsibilities beyond those previously mentioned. I spearheaded the development of Expression of Interests (EOIs) and engaged in negotiations to secure contracts with partners. Additionally, I was tasked with recruiting and training field teams for diverse projects, ensuring they were equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to execute their duties effectively. Formulating and implementing action plans fell under my purview, where I orchestrated strategies to achieve program objectives seamlessly. Moreover, I assumed leadership of the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) team, overseeing their efforts to uphold transparency, accuracy, and the timely completion of tasks. In my capacity as Technical Advisor for Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBT&A), I served as the primary liaison for Human Resource Development (HRD) initiatives. However, my responsibilities extended beyond HRD, encompassing active involvement in private sector engagement, governance, and the management of training funds and grants within Balochistan province. I maintained proactive engagement with counterparts, allied departments, and both public and private Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutes to facilitate policy development. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in the adoption of CBT&A methodologies and the recognition of prior learning, aligning with the national vocational qualification framework (NVQF). My duties further included overseeing the training of TVET managers, master trainers, national assessors, and instructors in accordance with NVQF guidelines, ensuring the effective implementation of competency-based training and assessment practices across various sectors.

In my capacity as Lead Faculty/Project Coordinator, I served as the pivotal figure for a GIZ-funded Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) initiative. My responsibilities encompassed multifaceted duties crucial to the project\'s success. This included overseeing the recruitment process for project staff, ensuring the selection of highly qualified individuals to fulfill various roles within the project framework. Moreover, I facilitated the establishment of strategic partnerships by securing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with local enterprises, facilitating workplace-based training opportunities for program participants. Collaborating closely with local enterprises, I played a key role in the meticulous selection of trainees, aligning their skill sets with industry demands and opportunities. Furthermore, I orchestrated the recruitment and negotiation of contracts with experts specialized in career counseling, enriching the developmental journey of enrolled trainees. Diligently maintaining records of project expenditures, I provided invaluable support to the administrative and finance teams, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines and facilitating seamless project operations. In my capacity as Program Manager, I undertook the management and implementation of diverse thematic projects, each with distinct objectives and stakeholders. Notably, I oversaw the Poverty Graduation Pilot (Livelihood) initiative in Pishin & Surkhab Refugee Camp, a collaborative effort between the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF). Additionally, I facilitated the execution of the Strengthening Electoral & Legislative Processes (SELP) project in district Pishin, led by the Trust for Democratic Education and Accountability (TDEA), as well as the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) program in Quetta and Pishin, spearheaded by the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC). My role centered on providing comprehensive support to project staff, ensuring the timely achievement of project objectives. This involved robust coordination with donors and stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships to drive project success. I conducted diligent monitoring and supervisory field visits to project sites, overseeing operations and addressing challenges as they arose. In collaboration with finance and administrative sections, I managed project expenses and administrative matters, maintaining strict adherence to budgetary guidelines and operational protocols. Moreover, I facilitated the recruitment of consultants and master trainers, leveraging their expertise to enhance service delivery and training outcomes. A key aspect of my responsibilities involved the development of detailed reports for stakeholders and donors, providing transparent insights into project progress and impact. Through strategic planning and effective coordination, I endeavored to ensure the successful execution of each project, advancing the overarching goals of poverty alleviation, democratic governance, and vocational education within the community.
