Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis and appraisal schemes.
Conduct performance appraisals
Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual
Develop and conduct orientation of newly hired employees such as staff, apprentices, and graduate trainees.
Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
Devise individual learning plans.
Produce training materials and content for in-house courses.
Create and deliver a range of training
Develop and maintain Job descriptions.
Assist in developing HR policies and maintaining record.
Manage and Evaluate the delivery of training and development programs
Develop, enhance and update HR Manual consisting of exclusive set of policies, rules and SOP’s.
Maintain and update training forms and feedback proformas
Will handle employee grievances
Will develop, update and maintain hospital organograms.
Will Assist and actively participate in JCIA and ISO Accreditation.
Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
Help HoD’s and trainers to solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.
To maintain record of all internal and external trainings electronically.
