概要
A 40 years old committed professional with more than 15 years experience in social sector of Pakistan using project management as the main tool of reform and development. I have proven field based experience of social research and policy implementation in conflict prone geographical zones as an applied social analyst. I have worked closely with low-income communities, grassroots organizations, NGOs, INGOs and government agencies during last 13 years for the development of such mechanism, which empower the unprivileged, especially women children by improving their education, health, socio-economic status and access to productive physical infrastructure. My work has included support for communities in terms of social mobilization, training, advocacy networking, monitoring and evaluation of community development projects, assistance with enterprise development, skill and human resource development.
