To conduct /delivered various Training as per requirement in various districts of KP
Preparation of different BCC and training materials
Conduct pre and post evaluations and assessments
Support in preparation of budgets for all costs associated with training and write detailed reports about expenditures

Preparation of Community Development Plans through Community Driven Development approach in consultation with district staff of the project and government departments
Provide technical advice and support to the Social Organizers, CBOs, EIGs and CEIGs on the Community Development & Social Change Process and associated actions
Identify, assess and plan capacity building needs of CBOs, EIGs and CEIGs and its members and provide required support
