Since March 2020, I have been working as a MEAL and Reporting Coordinator in the SCI and my major tasks are:

 Lead role in MEAL in an emergency in the country office
 Conduct routine monitoring, post distribution monitoring, and response review as per Category (I, II, III) Emergencies.
 Work as the focal point to prepare and report Pakistan country program Key performance indicators (KPIs)
 I was part of country strategic planning and milestone reviews.
  Maintained records of all narrative and financial reporting deadlines for each project
   Collection of data and other information for regular reports.
  Produced high-quality progress reports for different projects in the field as per donor templates
  Produced monthly progress reports for internal circulation
 Produced all training/workshops reports, recorded meeting minutes, and circulate accordingly,
Maintained photo bank for all major interventions in the field for reporting.
Produce case studies and success stories to capture program successes.
Assist Reporting Coordinator in drafting donor reports as per donor guidelines
 Provide all necessary information to reporting coordinator for compilation of various reports
 Lead role in MEAL In Emergency & strengthen MEAL functions in project area.
Provide guidance and build capacity, where required of the relevant staff in monitoring and evaluation/ research and documentation.
Strengthen Accountability to Beneficiaries mechanism using hotline and real-time assessment tools.

Since November 2019, I Joined as MEAL officer and I have been deputed as a Reporting Coordinator in the NGO Coordination Cell from Islamic Relief regarding Mirpur earthquake emergency response in the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Mirpur. All the organizations (Muslim Hands, CWS Asia, JEN Japan, Islamic Aid, Islamic Relief, Qatar Charity, Penny Appeal, Help Age International, Human Appeal, Pakistan Red Crescent Society, AL Khidmat, SAYLANI Welfare Trust, Hands International,Handicap International) working in the area directly report to the DC’s office where the Reporting Coordinator is the focal point and lead for all organizational matters. My major tasks include: • Receiving reports from all the organizations and consolidating and compiling them for the district administration, SDMA, NDMA • Collecting data from all the organizations working in the area and consolidating and preparing a report on behalf of the district administration to all stakeholders • Coordinating with all NGOs, INGOs, NDMA, SDMA, donors and the district government regarding relief and rehabilitation work for Mirpur’s earthquake response • Organizing meetings, delivering presentations and preparing and circulating meeting minutes among all the stakeholders regarding relief and rehabilitation work for Mirpur’s earthquake response • Data triangulation and backstopping for all the NGOS, INGOs, CSOs working in the area • Monitoring and tracking the progress of all the organizations on set key resulting areas • Any tasks assigned by the district administration regarding data consolidation, reporting and coordination regarding NGOS, INGOS, CSOs working in the area

. Since July 2015, I have been working on a $45 million project funded by USAID which has awarded 336 grants to civil society organizations in 130 districts and has reached over 20 million citizens across Pakistan on governance issues, and 27 crosscutting multidimensional thematic areas. My major accomplishments include:
• Successfully performed as program focal person for 11 FAFEN network partners that observed General Election 2018 (pre-election, Election Day and post-election phases) in Sindh, Pakistan.
• Successfully performed as program focal person for eight grantees working to reduce gender gap of unregistered females by facilitating CNIC and voter registration in Sindh and newly-merged districts of KP (ex-FATA).
• Conducted assessments of potential partner organizations to determine their institutional and programmatic risk rating; also developed capacity action plans in different grant cycles.
• Contributed to the development of Grant Management Information System (GMIS), a user-friendly online platform facilitating grants management and M&E of partners’ projects
• Designed work plans and milestone schedules for awarded grants; conducted orientation/capacity-building sessions for partner organizations to improve their understanding of work plans, expected deliverables, etc.
• Served as focal person for partners for all program-related matters including correspondence, branding, compliance, assessment and approval of deliverables, progress reporting, etc.
• Conducted post-award monitoring and evaluation of projects through desk monitoring and field visits; overall supervision of the projects for smooth implementation and timely closeout.

• Monitored visits for data triangulation and providing technical backstopping for error free data recording of four SRs
• Facilitated and managed two onsite data verification (OSDV) visits of local fund agent (LFA) UNOPS in GFATM R10 at Mirpurkhas in SCI.
• Managed and facilitated data quality assessment (DQA) visit and rapid service quality assurance (RSQA) visit of Global Fund and UNOPS in Sindh.
• Was a nominated member of international malaria mission in Pakistan from SCI Pakistan and visited four districts of Sindh with malaria mission and reviewed the impacts of intervention under Global Fund activities and compared with non-Global Fund intervened districts.
• Worked on data quality assessment DQA with sub recipients in GFATMR10
• Managed complaint and feedback mechanism for six districts of Sindh
• Reviewed data tracking tools/formats/databases and worked closely with MIS team for data quality; also prepared ‘Monitoring-Action Plan Tracker’ at field level
• Regularly shared monitoring and accountability analysis with SRs to facilitate informed decision making
