BOOKKEEPING AND REPORTING
Document financial transactions for Langspire group in SAP & QBO.
Maintain general ledger for Langspire group
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing a balance sheet, profit and loss statement.
Assist in the quarterly tax filing for Dubai office.
Prepare quarterly sales commission report.
Prepare daily, weekly & monthly Bank reconciliation report (DBR Report).
Assist in preparation of monthly budgets for Langspire group.
RECEIVABLE
Record invoices over SAP & QBO
Share the invoices with customers.
Liaise with both sales and production teams to resolve the customer queries.
PAYABLE
Prepares payment schedule by verifying documentation for Vendors as per due dates
Record vendor invoices in SAP & QBO.
Resolve vendor queries
OTHER DUTIES
Prepare monthly Payroll for Dubai, Morocco, Egypt and Pakistan office.
In addition to the mentioned responsibilities, assist manager and CFO in projects when required
