Senior Officer
I am currently working as a Sr.Officer in Zong CMPak. I work in NOC End to End Performance department. I mainly deal with analysis and reporting using MS excel and Power Point.
• Extract and format data to simplify for analysis and to identify anomalies
• Network overview dashboards and reports on (daily/weekly/Monthly) basis for managerial review.
• Improved reporting with Vlookups, Pivots, charts and Tables.
• Working with all stake holders to improve Network quality and enhance customer experience.
