During the course of my stay in Deloitte Lahore Office, I managed to grow independently from audit assistant to audit senior. I learnt and enhanced my skills in accounting and auditing. My major area of work has been manufacturing concerns, financial institutions, NGOs and power sector organizations. A summarized list of the work carried out during this period is as follow:  Planning assignments to execute them in effective and efficient manner by assessing systems to evaluate risk involved at business, financial and operational level.  Review and evaluation of control environment, management’s risk assessment processes, internal control policies and procedures.  Review of the existing corporate procedures of my clients in order to find out the possible activities and process that can be eliminated in order to make the overall corporate process more efficient and effective.  Liaison with clients to understand their needs, reviewing and analysing quality control procedures established by them to effectively manage and control their business.  Planning resources for assignments.  Delegation of work to staff members.  Supervision and review of work carried out by staff members.  Assuring compliance with DTT standards of quality work on all ongoing assignments.  Carry out evaluation of junior staff members for appraisals purposes and making recommendations for their promotion to higher level of responsibility .
