As an Admin & HR Officer I am performing the following roles at IRM:Human Resources Roles:Ensuring the effective utilization of policies & procedures related to HR programs and services, to draft policy documents and to present to board members for approval.
To prepare addendums and to draft and update organization service rules and manuals and to present to the executive committee for review and approval.
To update & maintain staff HR database in HRIS and to issue offers, welcome notes and contract letters to the newly hired staff members and to provide orientation sessions on rules and regulations.
To deal with HR routine work like bio metric attendance record of staff, leave record & Medical Claims etc.
To prepare scope of work and job descriptions for advertisements of positions with communication department and to organize tests interviews, longÂ listing and short listing of candidates.
To issue disciplinary action / explanation / warning / termination letters as per HR rules andÂ regulations if any unusual disciplinary abnormality takes place.Â
To oversee the staff grievances, insurances, medicals and to report manager services.Â
To deal with the mid-year and annual performance review of staff and to prepare rating sheets for bonus and appraisals processes with finance section.
To report to head of services and to arrange meetings and prepare minutes of meeting.
To do follow up with the team leaders in fields regarding tasks assigned and to give feedback on daily bases.
