Lead and oversee all learning and development programs for 40 team members, beneficiaries and over 30 external partners.

Kiran Foundation and I go a long way. I joined Kiran Foundation as a volunteer while it was still a pre-school with 20 toddlers being enrolled every year, based in Lyari (Marginalized area within Karachi), and saw it grow into a community center for women and children across the entire town of Lyari. Kiran Foundation has now become a learning center for youth, women and children within Lyari and has adopted a government school through public private partnership. My responsibilities included to help develop the staff to role-model a state of art school, along with constantly updating skills, while searching and providing for skillful, valuable resources for the organization. Though helping out mostly within the HR department of the foundation, my responsibilities also included troubleshooting within different departments, be it marketing, grants, corporate communications, finance, or curriculum development. During this entire time I have been working very closely with the Chairperson, Management Team and the Steering Committee of the foundation, and am an available resource to them whenever the need arises. I was added to the General Body by the Board of Directors in 2017. I continue to volunteer with Kiran Foundation whenever the need arises and I can.

I founded an initiatve by the name treening in 2012 which aimed to establish dynamic and trained youth. The initiatve has integrated itself with CSR Consulting, Implementation and Monitoring over the period of years, as well as developing academic curriculums, training teachers, and initiating community development projects.

Azme Naujawan is a program working with youth training them on leadership, emotional intelligence, social action and entrepreneurship, in order for youth to be able to establish small community based organizations, working to benefit their community and still be able to earn and sustain themselves. This program is an initiative by a multiple organization consortium, either working on content, training, mobilization or providing youth centers. My role is to oversee the training content, program delivery and evaluating the lead trainers on the program, to ensure the programs success.

I was involved as a business strategist and consultant working directly with the director of digital services at The Resource Group. My role was to facilitate the director in building new strategies and premium product services for high profile clients like Careem, K-Electric and others.

I joined Learning Minds Group as a Trainer & Consultant to provide value to corporations. I am responsible for designing, developing and delivering quality content on Sales, Customer Service, Team Building and Communication Skills. I am in charge of coordinating with groups, individuals and organizations who are looking for solutions within the above mentioned areas. The aim of having me at LMG is to have corporate content delivered with a touch of creative attitude. Learning Minds Group is one of the most known training providers in Pakistan and I aim to maintain and enhance quality the quality of work delivered by Learning Minds Group to their clients. I work closely with clients and all other stakeholders involved with Learning Minds Group and make an effort to produce effective and practical training content to make organizations stronger and better.I was paid on a per training basis.

I was responsible for Akhuwat\'s growth, stability and sustainability in Karachi. I was responsible to work with 5 operation branches of Akhuwat to create awareness of interest free micro-finance loans provided by Akhuwat in Karachi, and was In-Charge of building corporate relations of Akhuwat in Karachi. I was heading the Akhuwat\'s marketing and expansion program by means of training, public relations, social media and corporate CSR activities.During this time I initiated projects of Zakaat collection, corporate partnerships and Akhuwat monthly meet-ups by the name of Akhuwat talks. I was closely working with Akhuwat\'s educational projects and was responsible for all grant proposals and project planing. I planned, prepared and implemented the Grant writing, and proposals submitted, and linked them to the growth plan of Akhuwat and it\'s interest free micro-finance work in Karachi, later to be adopted in other parts of Sindh, under the supervision of Nazir Tunio, Chairman Akhuwat, Sindh Region.

I was responsible for Compassionate School Network\'s growth, stability and sustainability. I was responsible to create content with grounded research for the CSN and responsible for it\'s Trainings. I was heading the CSN\'s expansion program in Karachi\'s conflict areas; Korangi Town, Liyari Town, and Sultanabad. During this time I conducted trainings with and for teachers on understanding Classroom Management, Student Management and Student behavior understanding based on the aspects of compassion. I planned, prepared and implemented the CSN trainings and linked them to the curriculum o the Compassionate School Network.

I was deployed as a project resource for 3 months on the TRG LeanFest 2013. During this time I was responsible for all operations of the Conference, starting from design and development to the final execution stage. I was in charge of coordinating with all groups, individuals and organizations who were training providers to bring the fraternity together and promote all individuals within the training and development industry. The aim of this conference was to eliminate competition and promote collaboration. The conference in 2013, was the largest TRG LearnFest taken place by far, involving nearly 60 partnering organizations and over a 100 different trainers. The conference had participants coming from all walks of life and multiple different industries, interacting with training providers all over Pakistan. During this process I worked closely with Shireen Naqvi, Kamran Rizvi, Farhad Karamally, Nadeem Chawhan, Naseem Zafar Iqbal and many other renowned names of the Training industry in Pakistan.

I was hired as an outsourced project resource for a month. The target was planing a business strategy and designing a marketing plan that could give way to encourage pilgrims to lease apartments in Iraq. During this time I was responsible to lead all marketing staff, and promote the project in Karachi. I was responsible to design, execute and conclude a campaign run especially at Rotary\'s International Business Conference. I was in charge of coordinating with all groups, individuals and organizations who were involved in this conference and was also acting as a customer service representative to the company. The aim of this campaign was to build Range Hospitality\'s reputation and make their presence felt at the conference. The campaign in 2012, was one if it\'s kind promotional activity at one of the largest Rotary Conference\'s in Asia. During this process I learned a lot about different cultures and inter-cultural dialogue between people can be beneficial.

I was responsible for content development, assisting the producer and hosting the program 3 Minute Report at Aag TV of the Geo Tv Network. I was the first host of the show and worked with the channel for nearly two years. I developed the theme of youth related issues and initiatives on the program, and was responsible to provide meaningful and full of learning entertainment to the youth of Pakistan. I started off by hosting scripted shows and soon progressed to writing my own scripts and selecting my own themes for the program. During this time I was responsible to find youth related events and opportunities that may be of value to the Pakistani youth and present them as an uplift for the my viewers! During this time I worked with some of the finest people in the media entertainment industry including, Sarah Ahmad, Haider Jinnah and Azfar Ali. I also made appearances on other shows like the 9 am morning show and the 3 to 5 youth show.

I was responsible for growth, stability and sustainability for the Leadership Series department of the School of Leadership. I initiated the 14-17 personal growth programs with School of Leadership and was responsible to create content with grounded research that was relevant to and helped develop youth. I started off by facilitating the Young Leaders\' Conference in 2008, and later founded and headed the Junior Leaders\' Conference for the School of Leadership, and initiated new programs like the Guruji Baithak, and Makeover! I was also responsible to train on all public speaking and teacher training interventions by the School of Leadership. During my time with SoL, I have worked with British Council, TCS, Government Of Sindh, Karachi Youth Initiative, School of Leadership Foundation, World Memon Organization and multiple other youth groups. Spark by WMO and the intervention of Junior Leaders\' Conference in marginalized areas, namely Sultanabad, Korangi and Lyari, by the School of Leadership Foundation were an inspiration of the Junior Leaders\' Conference I founded for the School of Leadership.

I was responsible for all on and off campus student development programs. The program\'s main aim was educating students through unconventional means, working with job providers, youth ministry and education development organizations.
