Managing 300+ staff including junior management, executives and technical staff.Responsible for daily workshop activities, team management and communication lead.Handling 2 workshop depots catering 264 Hybrid Busses running BRT operation in city of Peshawar.Reporting to Senior Manager Workshop and DGM Project.Responsible for monthly report submissions and subsequent meetings with the TPC (TransPeshawar Companay)Responsible for defense of monthly KPI\'s and subsequent award of cheque for services.

Reporting to Project Manager Peshawar BRT, supervising maintenance operations and warranty management, fleet of 158 Hybrid Busses. Responsible for pre-job planning, equipment preparation/mobilization, QHSE during job execution, post-job report compilation and post-job equipment maintenance. Successfully trained 20 junior staff members on WCM and service protocols.
