I'm currently working as Warehouse Operations Manager with 24Seven. There, I looked after all warehouse operations and implemented excellent inventory layouts, and inventory management according to international standards.

-        Improving inventory results by 99% by conducting cycle audit (monthly completed the one cycle audit), reduced inventory loss and partial dispatch.
-        Introduce the stackable basket system instead of cartons and save the monthly cost of 1.6 million and also generate 700K monthly revenue from empty cartons scrap.
-        Increase customer satisfaction to 96% from 80% by daily follow-up on negative feedback and fixing the customers\' issues.
-        Successfully launched stationery range and more than 700 new SKUs within the given time frame in a limited place.
-        Support in distribution opening of Islamabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Kot Abdul Malik, and Karachi by providing train staff to run the smooth operations.
