概要

Almost more than ten years of my career I worked with Direct Customers of the companies.


People mainly think that it is the most difficult thing to satisfy a customer due to rapid increase in the area of technology and Globalization . BUT what I believe is WHAT EVER YOU THINK YOU CAN DO IT.


Having a vast experience in the field of Customer Service throughout my career,  I used my skills and experience to ensure that a company delivers the highest standards of service to customers. Depending on the size of the business both at UFONE and Askari Bank, I am and was supposed to deal directly with customers’ inquiries and complaints. In other words my aim is to maximize customer satisfaction.


I used to establish and monitor standards for customer service in any company where I work, using a recognized benchmark. These standards helped me to measure a company’s performance against its benchmarks and identify areas for improvement. Such things enabled me to handle different aspects of service, such as time to respond to an inquiry, the number of calls or customers I handle in a given period of time or number of sales I achieve in specific time. 


I used to encourage all my colleagues and juniors to display the highest standards of service at all times, e.g identifying tasks that are critical to maintaining customer satisfaction levels.
