• Oversee ECCE program in 50 schools in district Battagram • Lead a team of 4 education officer ,15 Community Learning Workers and 30 Community Educators their capacities and take steps to help address capacity gaps; • To develop and improve work coordination with local key partners like community, local NGO and civil society; • Organize ECCE teacher training, PTC training and capacity building training for the district education staff; • Working closely with the District Project Coordinator and the Education Officer will ensure successful implementation of the project activities; • To manage Community Mobilizers, and work in close collaboration with the community, public representative and teachers for the roll-out of agreed project activities; • To develop work plan, budget & resource plan, monitoring plan for effective monitoring of all activities and financial burn rate; • To ensure that the education program is implemented effectively in a good quality standards and ensuring consistency of the work in accordance to the programme goal and objectives; • To submit operational plans on weekly and monthly basis, reviewing activities periodically, to ensure that project expenditures are used within limits and guidelines approved by the Project Director; • To ensure effective, streamlined communication between education program and Logistics and other support staff. • Conduct and organize monthly lesson learning workshops for CLW/CE’s in the districts. • Set up ECCE related TLM and book banks in each school and train school teachers and administrators on how to utilize these resources in their daily routine • Conduct and organize monthly lesson learning workshops for CLW/CE’s in the districts. • Coordinated with DDEO,ADEO (District Education department) regarding joint school visit and share problems to increase quality of education in the school • Set up ECCE related TLM and book banks in each school and train school teachers and administra
