My name is Muhammad Abubakar and did M.phil Economics from Qurtuba University Peshawar and BS(Hons) Economics from islamia college university Peshawar. At start I worked as a Health Care worker voluntarily in University Health Society from Feb-2014 to march-2015. After graduation I worked with Nova synpac( pvt) LTD as a trainee officer in account section for three months and then worked with PRP/IRC from may-2017 to march-2020 as a research consultant, Moderator, Enumerator, Observer and Researcher.Recently i worked with CARE international as a Enumerator/Monitor in august, 2020 , as a Internal Field Monitor (IFM) with APEX Consulting Pakistan in September, 2020 and worked as a Moderator with GIZ Pakistan in October 2020.

Conduct Focus Group Discussion and In-Depth Interviews (FGDs & IDIs) with the participants of the
respective target groups either in pashto or urdu.
Conduct FGDS and IDIs strictly as per questions guides provider, based on the instructions given in the
five days training.
Conduct FGDs and IDIs with Afghan Refugees and Host communities.
Hand over all the final reports to GIZ on the same day.
Coordination with District Education Officer for the smooth implementation of the research study.
Contact with concern teachers/SSAs/Mentors before one day to school visit.
Conduct face to face interviews with teachers, SSAs/RQAs and mentors at selected schools/Office.
Observes language classes of teachers of grade I & II for assigned schools.
Observes TIG meetings & SSVs.
Conduct Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with grade-02 students in selected number of schools.
Conduct Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with teachers, SSAs/RQAs and mentors at selected schools/Office.
Record proceedings and discussions during FGDs.
Provide report on the daily basis to PRP designated staff or any PRP responsible.
Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
Provide administrative support to accountants, undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping.
I Worked voluntarily for awareness within university. Encourage people to increase control over their state of health. Increasing people's awareness of health issues, such as the importance of exercise and the dangers of smoking. Working closely with professional colleagues in local health authorities.
