Job description
• Lead and supervise Room Temperature storage and Cold storage Warehouses (2201.63 square meter) for Finished Goods/ Raw & Packaging materials with a team of 22 peoples.
• Implement and ensure Good Manufacturing Practices/ Good Warehouse practices/ Good Distribution Practices and Environment Health Safety in Warehouse.
• Monitoring and controlling stock level (Maximum and Minimum inventory level) in Warehouse as per company policy.
• Guiding the staff on warehouse issues and day to day tactical operations.
• Responsible for cold chain management for heat sensitive Goods.
• Deal with local regulatory authorities for visit/ inspections/ sampling/ renewal of whole sale license.
• Stock replenishment on daily/ weekly and monthly basis all finished goods to enforce and fulfill the demand and distribute timely.
• Co-ordination with all Distributors of J&J, transporters and Courier companies for deliveries.
• Compile TMS (transport management scheduling) of loose cargo, dedicated vehicles and couriers.
• Co-ordinate with Marketing in planning logistics cost cutting strategies with fast and effective in time delivery.
• Negotiate with transporters/ Courier Company for rates and finalize the agreements on yearly basis.
• Internally audit the warehouse/ inventory and report to Director Supply Chain on status on hold/ dead stocks/ slow moving with suggestions.
• Push Marketing & Planning Dept. for product consumption by 3 month short expiry reports.
• Implement and ensure monthly physical count.
• Preparing and update of all “Standard Operating Procedure” of Warehouse (Room temperature and Cold Storage
Warehouse).
• Training to all warehouse staffs for Good Manufacturing Practices, Good storage practices, Good Warehousing
Practices, Safety and Hygiene and EHS.
