I am M&E and Data Management professional, belongs to Tharparkar, currenltly i am working with Mercy Corps Hyderabad Sindh in the capicity of M&E Officer.
I have sound experience in social development sector specially in the field of Field of M&E, Information Management, redearch and documentation. I have over 9 years professional experience of national as well as International NGO like NCHD, CTC, PPHI, Agha Khan Health Services, Mercy Corps International and RDF in different projects (CFW, Health, Education, food security Climate change adaptation. and I have sound skills of coordination, monitoring, drafting, social mobilization team management skills. I have also experience of data collection,planning monitoring of activities conducting assessments like Baseline, Exit survey, rapid assessment etc. I have worked in different districts of sindh like Badin, Hyderabad, Sukkur Tharparkar.

Working with Mercy Corps Pakistan I am responsible for ensuring the project activities like IPC/CMCT Training and hard component of WASH activities. I am responsible for data management and reporting of the district specifically tracking the interventions against set indicators and generate quality reports in narrative and graphic presentation as well.

• Design and Implement monitoring and information management systems for the project and carry out monitoring visits to verify the data, measure the progress and capture the learning.
• In collaboration with the project team update the data Management Information System (MIS) that contributes to effective project implementation.
• Generate field monitoring reports on the prescribed format and upload the agreed action plan in MIS.
• Implement the CRM and handle it effectively
• Develop processes for joint monitoring with partners (government authorities/donor) and sharing the learning generated from this process by utilizing MIS.
