Lead developers working on Microsoft Dynamics AX and software development on ASP.NET and other tools (PHP/MySQL, Android, and JS), integral part for a team developing application and integration of external software with MS Dynamics AX. Key
Accomplishments:
Expertly designed and developed a web based job portal for the company and integration with MS Dynamics AX, managed other YPL HRMS Integration and GL posting automation. 
Developed company\'s corporate website as well as Android Application for Sales team for Geo tagging existing 30,000 shops and new shops all over Pakistan along with a portal to verify the entries.
Designed and developed the Merchandizing App from requirements gathering to analysis to design to development to deployment and launch all over Pakistan. 
Steered efforts towards leading Online Sales Order Web App and integration with Dynamics AX for creating sales orders.

Managed multiple projects and developed products, worked on Mytabeeb, a health care solution, as the first product of Seventh Sense. Mytabeeb is a solution having Web App, Android app and iOS app serving thousands of consumers every month.

Key Accomplishments:
- Upl Collective Action: Spearheaded the development of Web App to sign a pledge for Unilever Pakistan. A polluted gray image changes to a green clean image based on the pledge count, also developed products using HTML5/CSS/JS.
- Engro Orientation Kit: Served as a resource in all efforts to manage desktop app – An HTML5/CSS3/Java script based desktop application for HR department of Engro Fertilizers.
- HBL Fast Transfer – Dubai: Android App for taking customer data and reporting in real-time on web app for HBL Dubai

- Tapal Data Collection: Android App for taking customer data and viewing real-time data being collected from all over Pakistan by the brand ambassador.

Developed and customized AX and managing the implementation of AX. End-user training, support, coordination and planning were my responsibilities throughout Implementation and post Go-Live. It was Techno-Functional role plus management role.

Key Accomplishments:
- Developed breakthrough functionality for Finance to improve monthly financial closing, customized AX reports for sales and supply chain department which boosted their response time and eased reporting to the top management.
- Harnessed in-depth knowledge and technical skills complimentary for enhancing AX built-in functionality of Document Management and developed a product catalogue fully integrated with Document management.
- Implemented AX 2012 following Sure Step and managed the project from initial stages to GoLIVE and post GoLIVE.

As part of the core product development team, I developed core product features for Dynamics AX 2012 using X++ and MorphX with Microsoft and Tyler Technologies, USA as Microsoft Gold partner.

Key Accomplishments:
- Developed the most complex functionality of the feature; Budget cost elements date range functionality during a sprint
- Identified bugs in the Source Document framework of MS Dynamics AX and reported it to Microsoft which solves a major bug in Accounting Distribution functionality which could have affected millions of users using AX all over the world.

Developing new software according to the clients’ requirements and optimizing existing software specifically for cable broadband operators in US including Comcast, Earthlink, Timewarner cable and Charter.

Key Accomplishments:
- Strategized and optimized dozens of SQL queries to be used in reporting tools that helped minimized the running time from 2.5 minutes to 15 seconds. Completed a shopping cart web application in ASP.NET MVC 3 in one month
- Pivotal in planning and management of project related activities, developed a powerful utility application in C#.NET to retrieve and fixed the lost data in the database resulting in correct sales reporting to the international customers.
- Developed a reporting tool in C#.NET to retrieve sales data from various data sources and email to clients automatically

Developed web based applications and Facebook app for local and international clients in Dubai, Malaysia, Egypt and Pakistan. Led web and Facebook apps for Telenor, Warid, Mobilink, Lux, Lipton, Nescafe, and many brands of Unilever and Engro.
Key Accomplishments:
• Promoted to senior developer after successful in developing 15+ Facebook applications for local and multi-national clients within 6 months which made millions of rupees for the company
• Successfully developed and launched custom content management system (CMS) for Azm-e-Alishan in 50 days
• Improved development and project management procedures which resulted in shorter development time and improved end-product
• Promoted to team lead for managing team of 4 developers and UI resources and was awarded Employee of the Month
