• Leading research and development department and prolifically analyzing costing on maintenance and development of tools and production of parts.

• Skillfully identifying processes involved in manufacturing of parts and costs involved in it then pitch quotations of parts to OEMs and negotiates to close a deal that is mutually beneficial for client and company.

• Successfully planning and executing activities relating to tool development and preventive maintenance ensuring smooth and quality production and timely development of new product.

• Skillfully optimizing processes in product development, allocating right resources and personals in design , development or maintenance of all tools and take root cause corrective actions to reduce production breakdowns.

• Professionally involved with OEMs in proposing or taking root cause corrective measures for any problem that caused at company’s end or client’s end to the best of client’s satisfaction.

• Effectively leading all engineering audits by clients and satisfying them with company’s manufacturing and development resources that would cater all clients’ needs.

• Skillfully executing internal VA/VE activities for process improvisation and material savings activities, saving tons of material.
