Here at the citizen foundation i am responsible to prcoess the donation/zakat from donor at the same day when i recieve it.recoed the donor data and create a account if donor is new and then process a reciept and this all process is done in inhouse software With the name of CRM after process of reciept it is created in GP & then a acknowledgment letter is created by the same account & this is all matter of process is checked by managers and then approved finally a copy of reciept with cheque or direct deposit or pay order is send to finance Dept
