End to End project management

I am responsible of:
â€Â¢ Project Management of Patients Healthcare Management System (PHMS) for 46 Tertiary Care Hospitals and private clinics (2000+) throughout the province of Punjab.
â€Â¢ Project Management of Microfinance Loaning System and SAP B-One ERP in PHF.
â€Â¢ Guide the department to automate its business processes.
â€Â¢ Strategies development to be used in the implementation of the IT systems leading to proper functionalities of all the wings.
â€Â¢ Development of training plans necessary for assistance the employees involved in implementation and maintenance of software system.
â€Â¢ Planning of end to end procurement process from budgeting to procurement of software and hardware systems with proper vendor management.
â€Â¢ Plan, coordinate and implement security measures to safeguard information in computer systems.
â€Â¢ Managing and integrating information technology functions, software development, database administration, operating systems.
â€Â¢ Cloud based architecture along with RESTful Web services, APIs and related components.
â€Â¢ Effective Management of customers and teams with proper SWOT analysis to control risks.

I was responsible of:
â€Â¢Ã¢€Â¢ Guide the department to automate their business processes.
â€Â¢ Provide technical support for re-engineering the SOPs of Department
â€Â¢ Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement in department related to IT Sector.
â€Â¢ Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, design, develop, test and maintain web/desktop-based applications for development portfolio.
â€Â¢ Procurement plans of software and hardware systems, and plan proper budget and quotations for the systems.
â€Â¢ Monitor IT components of Primary and Secondary Healthcare projects in the province of Punjab.

I was responsible of:
•• Participating in analysis, program design/coding, flowcharting, writing and listing of programs required to provide the reports, prepare the required logical interface between related programs and user interfaces.
• Software change/version control and documentation.
• Software quality assurance by preparing test and organizing software test schedules.
• Assist as required in the solution of operational problems of computer centers in regional offices.
• Assisting in imparting training the courses organized by the Pakistan Military Accounts Department.
• Performing duties of database administrator to administer various databases of Payroll, Pension, Provident Fund, Inventory, Procurement etc.
o Managing tablespaces, indexes, rollback segments and privileges etc
o Backup and recovery database / data
o Tuning of operating system and database
o Administration of database on Network.

I worked for PAF from Jul-1991 to Nov-2003 as a Radar Technician. I had have an excellent, disciplined, highly professional and a rewarded career with Pakistan Air Force. I had opportunities to learn and practice aircraft avionics engineering, maintenance management, Quality and Safety Management and IT. After achieving the MCS qualification
I was responsible of:
 Supervision of Computer Shack, a computer hardware / software installation centre.
 Maintenance of LAN (Engineering Wing Complex), ensuring connectivity of various offices of complex.
 System Support, for Daily Morning Brief (DMB).
