• Carefully keeping track of ins and outs of new and repaired equipment.
• Registering the daily attendance of all the doctors and the hospital staff.
• Effectively managing the overtime for all the employees.
• Paying out of all the daily routine bills and expenses.
• Maintaining the daily flow of cash for all the patients and the receptionist in the night shift.
• Calculating a monthly percentage of the ultrasounds and any additional services provided by the doctors.
• Handing over the shift to the evening shift receptionist at the day end every day.
