I completed a Master's in Anthropology from the University of Peshawar in 2008 and completed my MPHIL degree from Quaid e Azam University Islamabad in 2012. Since then I have joined the Development sector and worked with Different Government and non-government organizations like the Ministry of Social Welfare, Apex Consultants, DevCon Development Consultants, and Saibaan Development Organization in the capacity of Research Officer and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. During my job l have gained experience working with many national and international organizations like KNH, CARE International, Oxfam GB, Oxfam Novib, Plan International, WaterAid, Asia Foundation, Handicap International, Solidar, Caritas, and many others. I have gained experience in monitoring and Evaluation of the project. Moreover, I have immense experience in conducting Research studies like Baseline, Midterm, End Project, Pre and post-KAP studies, and Impact Evaluation. During my job, I have the responsibility of Monitoring the ongoing projects. besides this some other responsibilities assigned to me are as under;
Development of Proposal for the Consultancy Services.
Tool development for conducting different studies, evaluations research and data collection
Data Analysis on SPSS
Tool development.
Monthly, Quarterly and Annual progress reviews
Field Monitoring, Coordination, and Reporting.
Training of the Field Staff
Conducting FGDs and KIIs (key informant interviews) during Surveys.
Writing Case studies
Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Working in Saibaan Development Organization for last two years in the capacity of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. My job responsiblitieis includes but not limited to
Implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities and data management
Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation systems which assess and reflect the projects’ achievement
MEAL plan, review program MEAL and project progress reports and consolidate them; develop and apply the appropriate reporting system that keeps all relevant stakeholders informed on progress and outcomes
Organize and undertake training for project and implementing partner staff, local organisations, and primary stakeholders,
Develop TORs, follow up and facilitate necessary planning and administrative support to external evaluations.
Support revise project planning documents, particularly about the intervention logic and indicators
Collection and analysis of data, indicator measurement, feedback and complaint mechanisms, negative impact analysis, etc
Assist project Manager in evaluations (Baseline, End project etc) of the ongoing projects.
