Joined Park Plaza Hotel, a worldwide chain of CARLSON Group, the best business Hotel in Lahore famous for luxury food and prompt services as an Executive House Keeper. Soon after five months, as per management decision, due to best performance of Customer Care, my services were transferred from House Keeping Department to Front Office Department as Front Office Manager. Prepared supervisor skill development training plan and Started regular training sessions. Worked for the prosperity of Room Division, kept good relations with supporting depts.

I joined Crown Plaza Hotel Lahore, 4 Stars Hotel, as a House Keeper responsible and worked at various important positions for House Keeping, Front Office & Laundry Operation. This Hotel is consisting of 6 floors, 66 guest rooms. I managed, organized many functions, get to gather parties. Supervised meetings, very important lunch, arranged dinner for high government officials and VIP Delegates successfully. I held regular training sessions on customer service and saw an immediate uplift in positive feedback through guest comments.

Joined a big brand of “INTERCONTINENTAL Hotels & Resorts” DAR AL TAWHID MAKKAH KSA as AHK containing 4 outlets “Al Rehab Restaurant - Al Bani Restaurant -Heraa Restaurant - Al Danah Restaurant” – This Hotel consist of 20 floors with 620 luxury guest rooms, 14 nonsmoking rooms, 143 suites, 117 Double Bedded rooms. I learned a lot and assist to EHK to managed and focus on Customer Care and brand standard of Intercontinental Hotels as per IHG policies and procedures. Assisted EHK in organizing 120 staff of HK and 620 rooms in all shifts. Assist to EHK for Follow up of departmental training sessions, communication meetings with other operational department, tight control on all operational budgets on monthly and yearly basis to achieve development goals as per brand set standard of IHG Assist to EHK for preparing yearly operational budget.

I Joined S.B.G (Saudi Binladin Group KSA) as House Keeping Supervisor in Makah (Ministry of Interior) KSA. I worked in different Government Palaces Ministry of Interior, Prince Abdullah Palace, Prince Abdul Aziz Palace, Royal Justice Palace, Al Safa Palace Makah, Riyadh and Jeddah upon visits of Government officials KSA under the supervision of S.B.G with the position of HK Supervisor and Senior HK Supervisor just for special assignment and upon prince arrival. Management of S.B.G promoted me as Chief House Keeper in Safa Palace Makkah. Afterword’s, I got release from S.B.G and joined 5 star hotel Intercontinental Hotel Makah Dar Al Tawhid.
