Network Engineer
- To manage day-to-day operations of company network and systems.
- Administration and installation of hardware device like Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and IP Phones.
- Hands on experience of different cisco L2 and L3 devices.
- Administration of Microsoft Hyper V Production Servers using MS Hyper V 2012 R2 and later.
- On-Premises SharePoint installation and Basic configuration to setup Web Applications and Site Collections.
- To take production server backups using Veeam Backup and Replication tool, schedule backup scripts. Forwarding daily activity reports and official applications backup reports to the higher management.
- Office 365 user management for SharePoint Online and Exchange Server online.
- Coordination with ISP’s and Vendors to resolve issues.
- To manage OTRS Helpdesk Ticketing System.
- To design and implement information security policies.
- To diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software and other network and systems related problems.
- To install and manage windows, Linux & iOS based systems.
- To Install and administer Active Directory, DHCP, print server, Windows VPN Server, SQL server 2012 and later, ISA Server, SVN Server, Web Server IIS etc.
- Responsible for installation, configuration & troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop OS, software, printers and third party applications.
