Sr. Production Superintendent
• Still working in General Tire Rubber Company of Pakistan Limited as a Production Superintendent.
• Maintain Production Log Book and works on ERP (AS 400) Software.
• Maintain the quality by checking Spotting Chart.
• Maintain the Radial Force, Literal Force and Conical Force on Tire.
• Responsibility is to look after Radial Tire Building, Triple Extruder , Steel lastic and Lubrication Departments.
• Follow the 5S and FIFO rules.
Production Superviser
• Working was in Atlas Engineering as a Production Supervisor.
• Made automotive Petrol Pistons of different sizes on Fanuc & Siemens CNC lathe series.
• Ensure cleanliness of machine and surrounding work area.
• Check parts with dial indicator, micrometer and calipers.
• Operate CNC machines in a safe and efficient manner to produce parts to specifications.
• Size maintaining and tool change in different operation.
• Inspect first-run and in-process parts using precision measuring equipment.
• Write process data sheets & Follow 5S rules.
