Managing HSE teams under umbrella of HNL nationwide, progress / ensuring compliances as per customer standards
Responsible for handling the BSS & Power infrastructure Operations & Maintenance of Telenor Pakistan\'s network which incorporated:
Managing more than 1500 sites with 40 Telco & Non-Telco teams in 12 subregions handling network infrastructure
Managing NOC team for 24/7 Network monitoring
Managing Back office team for Quality assurance and customer complaints regarding Network KPI degradation.
Implementation of network infrastructure projects
Managing MW Transmission team ensuring MW links stability as per link budgetÂÂÂ
Managing sites refueling services
Ensuring HSE compliance of all the teams
Network inventory and lifecycle management
Network performance, configuration alarm management
Responsible for complete coordination with client (Warid) regarding Sites Power Infrastructure Operations & Maintenance.
Issue’s (CM/PM/CP) reporting till final invoices, Field Survey Report’s vetting processes etc.
Complete knowledge about ERP, Budgeting for complete project heads and management of end to end procedures regarding project budget
