*Mobilization of the local community and use of IPC (Interpersonal communication) with parents, family members and other community leaders in promoting acceptance of polio drops. 
*Meeting with influencers School/Madrasa Teachers, HCPs (Health Care Providers), religious leaders, Maliks, Khans etc. to convince the resistant families about the importance of OPV(Oral Polio Vaccine). 
*Conducting of meeting with stake holders and front-line service providers like lady health workers, Private practitioners or local traditional healers in his/her high-risk area to dispel misconception about the polio vaccine.
*Updating of field book on regular basis with information of new born, pregnant women, families leaving or coming to that area.
*Participation in UPEC meeting/Micro plan preparation and rout maps for UC and teams.
*Supporting and monitoring of polio teams during campaign days.
*Updating of logbook etc.
*Any other task assigns by UCCSO/DHCSO. 

*Provide Safety Training and Awareness to the Employees.
*Conduct Tool Box Talks (TBT) on daily basis at the Site.
*Inspection of grinding, cutting, welding, portable, lifting and handling tools etc.
*Special Training and control measures regarding work at height. 
*Safety induction of the new employees.
*Applying and monitoring all Techniques and mitigation measures for the control of Noise pollution.
*Creating Safety Awareness among employees and educate them on safety matters.   
*Looking after all Environmental parameters affected by construction work at active construction site, batching plant, Workshop, Asphalt plant etc

* Looking after all Environmental parameters affected by construction work at active construction site, asphalt plant, workshop site and road traffic etc.;
* Implementing mitigation measures for their control deliberated in Environmental management plan,
* Applying and monitoring all Techniques and mitigation measures for the control of Noise Pollution,
* Inspection of all vehicles machines and tools provision and supervision of PPE, s employees.
* Arranging short safety trainings/talks for employees.

* Planning and implementation of all the operations required for the Health safety of employees.

*To conduct Survey and data verification.
*Introduction and orientation of project to the target community.
*To conduct Broad Based Community Meetings (BBCM) at the grass root (village) level.
*To form village development committees.
*To develop trust, tolerance and co-operation among community member also to motivate villagers to recognize themselves into village development committees.
*To insure participation and facilitate village development committees in identification of needs and beneficiaries:
*to prepare and validate beneficiaries list:
*To ensure identification of beneficiaries according to beneficiaries identification criteria.
*To document and submit reports as required in timely manner to concerned bodies.
*To prepare daily, weekly and monthly activities reports.
*To mobilize, motivate and encourage community to talk to their  fellow community members about livelihood, project activities and its mechanism.
*To assist Field officer in arranging capacity building for the target community members
*To keep close coordination with all stake holders.
To ensure precise and correct distribution of inputs as per FAO defined methodology.
Any other duty assign
