 Erection of the Pyrolysis Plant (Plastic/Rubber to oil recycling) and Carbonization Plant.
 Monitored and supervised installations, maintenance and operations of the Plant.
 Monitored the installations of Autofeeder, Reactors, De-Dusting Unit, condensing unit and oil filtration
plant.
 Reviewed and supervised the MEP tasks to accomplish the project operation in a targeted timeline.
 Operation and maintenance of the machinery during the production.
 Reviewed the Civil Defense inspector deliverables, analyzed and resolve issues and problems emerging
during the Quality Control activities.
 Field checking installation and location of electrical equipment, electrical duct, conduit, cable, panels and
other components of the electrical system being installed.
 Ensured that the execution is done in accordance with approved drawings and to an acceptable standard and quality.

Saudi Arabia
Project: SPIMACO FINISHED GOODS MATERIAL HANDLING WAREHOUSE PROJECT + JAZAN PORT CONTROL CENTER PROJECT
• Reviewed design packages for electrical systems and equipment (i.e. Power & Distribution Transformers, motors, generators, High voltage/low voltage switchgear/(MCC), distribution network, control equipment, power outlets etc.) Including drawings, datasheets, detail scope of work, calculations, Bill of Material / Quantity and preliminary cost estimates, Hazardous Area Classification and System Study.
• Prepared the Project Design Basis Document as per the project scope.
• Prepared the entire project load lists based on the project scope.
• Managed the electrical activities of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors during the Front End Engineering Development (FEED) and design phase.
• Reviewed and respond to technical and site queries.
• Supported and attended the equipment “Factory Acceptance Tests” (FAT).
• Experienced in project execution in accordance with Saudi Aramco and World Wide industrial standards.
• Monitored and review in coordination with Saudi Aramco PMT the performance and work quality of the contractor.
• Ensured that the design work by contractor is in accordance with Aramco design standards (SAES, SAMSS), applicable codes/regulations, and acceptable work practice.
• Assisted in evaluating Material Requisitions (MR), Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and Award Recommendation (AR) provided by Contractor and able to perform Procurement support.
• Reviewed and evaluated Change Orders to ensure full compliance with standards and that costs are in line with project budget.
• Recommended new improvement solutions for installations or modifications to improve existing facilities and standards.
• Assisted with pre-commissioning activities and project exception items close out.

 Supervision of installation of Electrical, Plumbing, ELV and Firefighting.
 Preparation of Workshop Drawing and Material submittal for consultant approval.
 Preparation of daily and weekly program.
 Preparation of the detailed Site quantities requirement based on the consultants approved drawings.
 Attending the weekly site meeting with consultant and sub-contractors.
 Maintaining all site work from sleeves to final inspection.
 Performing and supervising maintenance and protection.
 Estimating and calculation/Scheduling of Electrical Loads,Cable size calculation, wire selecting and testing and rating of circuit breakers, Power Factor Checking.
