As a GBO Services OG II at MCB, I'm assigned the key responsibility to meet and exceed the high standards of internal and external customer services by following the standardization, inculcation of customer-oriented culture, operational controls and timely services as per the service quality of MCB Bank.
Following are the core responsibilities at MCB
Help new customers regarding the opening of new accounts, educate and update them about procedures and requirements to prospective customers and cross-sell the products offered by MCB Bank.
Customer interaction to know the purpose of visit and guided them to the relevant desk
Action plan for queries of customers, follow-ups and re-directing customers to the concerned department for timely and efficient services and to maintain the complaint log book.
I am working in Askari bank as Assistant relationship manager OG1 and responsible for managing assigned portfolio of the branch
New to bank customer and providing existing customer good services

Responsibilities:
As Assistant Relationship Manager, my responsibility is to
facilitate the delivery of exceptional services to customers
and manage existing key customer relationships, acquiring
NTB customers to help in growing branch deposits and
business. I also cross-sell consumer products (Credit Cards,
Personal Loans, Autos & Mortgage Finance).

of Portfolio, Current Account (LCY & FCY), Core Deposit, NTB
Accounts Acquisition and Banca.

I started my professional life with MCB bank as GBO services OG 3 grade from Peshawar. My primary tasks include account opening, pitching customers for banca, brefing customers about new products, ensuring that branch is meeting service quality standards.
