Aware community regarding MSF and PWH services. To develop linkages between MSF and MOH through proper referral mechanism. To analyze the flow of patient from targeted area and plane outreach activities accordingly. To aware community regarding Misuse of Oxytocin. Follow up of referred patients in PWH. Conduct Exit Interview from patients inside PWH to analyze their satisfaction from the services of Pesahwar Women Hospital.Moreover, focussed on the laison with BHU\'s and partner organization for the proper referral of high-risk patients to WH. Apart from the MNCH, Cutaneous Leishmaniasis project was supported in community. To increase the number of referral patients to satelite clinics and NKBMH.During the period CHW\'s of outreach satelite clinics capacity building was done.Participation of different report writing documents of outreach and health promotion.Also support the supervisor in the preparation of presentation and different quarter data reports.

To trace and check all the team during intra and post campaign in assigned UC.
Trace all the miss children and no teams in assigned areas and also sweep out those HH.
