-        To develop and implement Quality Management System (QMS) across the Factory.
-        To Prepare Site Master File (SMF), Quality Manual and Validation Master Plan (VMP) in accordance to the national and international regulatory guidelines.
-        To prepare and implement SOP’s related to Quality Management System (QMS).
-        To plan and supervise execution of design, installation, operation and performance qualifications of all equipment, facilities and utility systems.
-        To plan and supervise execution of process validation for prospective and concurrent validation.
-        To design protocols for validation and qualification according to international guidelines.
-        To supervise validation team for different activities related to validation and qualification.
-        Provide trainings to junior staff and validation team members.
