Responsibilities:
•      Render technical inputs for the on-going construction activities on regular basis.
•      Review, verification of correct layout and setting out of the building, utilities, services, installation and other facilities etc. as per design and drawings.
•      Review and verify of survey works of contractor/consultant, reference points, control points, grades, levels, orientation and elevations for correct construction.
•      Technical check/review and report on construction methodologies, practices, necessary equipment, materials, labor requirement at site to ensure development of resources at site.
•      Report on daily basis about on-site progress and challenges faced for the on-going construction activity.
•      Inspect project sites for conformity of construction works, utilization of materials and workmanship with design, specifications, user requirements and safety standards for issuing statement of confirmation and reporting any non-conformance in this regard.
•      Review and verification of Inspection request(s), as per actual site requirements.
•      To witness the testing of different construction materials and components of contractor from onsite / third party lab testing.
•      Give inputs and reports on the accuracy of shop drawings, RFIs, IR etc. of the contractor.
•      Record keeping of all incoming/outgoing mail and technical documents.
•      Review, observe, report and track Constructor activities during construction phase, for ensuring required quality workmanship is achieved and quality materials as per contract are used.
•      Overseeing and reporting that safe construction practices are being followed and implemented by the contractor. And requisite actions and necessary supervision is being done by the consultant for ensuring safety and security of man and material, cleanliness, proper upkeep of stacking yards’ camps etc.
•      Producing, maintaining site diaries, construction log book, and other required documentation.
•      Preparing, maintaining, safe guarding, safe keeping of Measurement books, to ensure that all payable works done are being recorded with due accuracy, correctness in the measurement books on regular basis.
•      Ensuring that all instructions, procedural requirements of other relevant regulations are strictly followed and fulfilled while updating measurement books and necessary vigilance and measures taken to protect measurement books against double entry, tempering etc.
•      Review, on-site verification of As-built drawings, project close documents, warranties, guarantees, Assets Register etc.
•      Coordinate effectively with on-site teams for the resolution of issues in amicable working environment.
