I was a Customer Service Representative for Epay UK Project for 4 months my role was to handle & help resolve issues of inbound calls of big retail chains such as Tesco, Sainsbury’s Morrison’s & independent shop retailers with issues related to Epay Terminals with ETU & EFT Services, Epay Service charges & invoices & Network ETU voucher refunding & voiding. Technical & Financial assistance was also a part of my role as a CSR for Epay UK, i.e. if there was any technical issue or problem I would assist the client as well in any case of financial queries a client may have had regarding the current status of their account, in my last month I also trained a batch of new recruits for 2 weeks for the Epay UK Project.
I was the Administration Officer, my responsibilities were to compile reports, data entry of records of all surveyed losses, pre-inspections, valuations and manage 4 Digital camera’s & numerous smartphone libraries of Survey Photographs. I also used to handle telephone communication this position requires me to use good telephone manner and be helpful over the phone to various insured clients, banks and to workshops. I was the Administration Officer and Assistant Surveyor in Motor, Fire, Marine & M.B.D. (Machinery Break Down) losses.

My position was Online Order Admin/Manager; I was also given the position of supply/dispenser assistant. I rapidly achieved great success with the contracted supply and within 2 month I was promoted to Senior Supply Manager with all the responsibilities of completing the demands of the hospital on a daily basis. I also had the responsibility to create all of the letters and reports for all of our supplies on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis for accounts, with this I also prepared all of the files which had to be received and cleared from the hospital, which included all of the details of the relevant supplies with all vouchers and bills attached and sorted. As I moved on forward with my experience the store next to the Akram Brothers Medical Store opened in the name of Life Care Pharmacy (89-D, Jail Road, Lahore), they also offered me a position of manager but was unable to give my full time. I worked for Akram Brothers & Co. as an Import & Account Manager for all surgical suture imported from China & I also manage numerous contracts & tender documentation requirements when required for government & private Hospitals & Institutions.

After completing my B.Com-IT Part I paper’s I joined this company & I continued to study for my B.Com-IT Part II papers. My Job’s position was in the beginning as an Assistant Administration Officer, I very rapidly within a month became the Administration Officer. My responsibilities were to compile reports, data entry of records of all surveyed losses and manage 3 Digital camera libraries of Survey Photographs. I also used to handle telephone communication & handled the distribution of Surveys to our Surveyors in the field as to most efficiently designate work to all colleagues. I was appointed as the Administration Officer and Assistant Surveyor in Motor, Fire, Marine & M.B.D. (Machinery Break Down) losses.
The job involved me to manage the Live Television Broadcast of the Networks Jazzy Live Channel; this concerned me to control the live telecast of the channel and the live participants on the channel. This was a very interesting job as I had to deal with numerous equipment and situations in a real-time position as the channel was always live and I was entirely responsible for all content, I also had to deal with live calls for the live contributors.
This was job experience for 2 weeks as a part of my Year 10 curriculum which was a compulsory requirement for my GCSE course. The Brent & Harrow Work Experience Consortium allocated me a job in this company specialised in Communications Equipment including servers, telephone exchanges, and other networking hardware. My job was to do office work such as filing paper work and data entry, writing letters and verifying payments made by cheques. The work experience was very valuable and introduced me to the world of Commerce.
