 Patches and Antivirus administration in Windows environment.
 Experience in functional and technical support, installation and Problem solving for desktop, servers, laptop, LAN, and remote system.
 Ensure Deployment, Troubleshooting, Maintenance and Management of LAN / File Servers and Systems.
 Desktop and Network Support to end users.
 Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of MS Outlook.
 Configuring and troubleshooting Local/network Printer’s, Scanner’s & FAX.
 Vendor Coordination to maintain the inventory and on time resolution of system related issues.
 Manage CCTV cameras and DVR
 Manage ISA server and MS TMG server and also Active Directories ,Exchange server
 Manage RHEL/Centos base squid and web server ,data base server
 Troubleshooting of VOIP client software’s(zoiper,eyebeam)
 Manage and monitor cloud server via Cpanel, ssh, vnc.
 Provide technical support to employees
 Install wireless (Wi-Fi) routers and LAN switches
 Attendence Machine (zktime) installation and configuration and troubleshooting
