§  Conduct the initial pre-screening and schedule the interviews of candidates with higher Management.
 
§  Sharing the CVs/ Resumes with concerned teams/departments and following up for closure of activity & maintaining record of Resumes for future needs.
§  Processing employment documents of newly hired employees.
§  Assist in payroll, preparing reports and employee letters.
§  Execute Employee final Settlement Cases.
§  Execute Orientations, Training & Development Plans.

§  Ensure personnel files and database is maintained accurately and synchronized with the head office.

§  Implement EHS policies and procedures within the department
