Supervising M&E and data management relavant tasks of the Enterprise Challenge Pakistan Program funded by The Prince\'s Trust International.Prepare templates to manage the data coming from schools and program participants.

Scoping out secondary schools within Islamabad /Rawalpindi and nearby regions for outreach for 5th cycle of Enterprise Challenge Pakistan- a project of SeedVentures and The Prince\'s Trust International. Conducted outreach to number of schools and built relationships and contacts with school representatives. Conducted orientations at schools to market ECP and ensured that interested schools and students apply for the program. Managed all data of students, teachers, schools and mentors, local training sessions. Attended weekly meetings, capacity building sessions with the team and provide feedback on progress of project

Launched the Safe Back to School Project in response to COVID-19 within 20 public schools of Islamabad.
Detail oriented the school community (school administration, teachers, students) about the project interventions.
Organized and facilitated over 40 advocacy sessions for staff members and students of 20 public schools in Islamabad about safe reopening of schools during COVID-19.
Developed the Assessment Tool to assess the needs of improvement in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) conditions of the selected schools.
Facilitated smooth execution of school based WASH focused activities, like sensitization about importance of handwashing and good WASH practices, distribution of WASH Hygiene kits.
Planned awareness raising activities focused on school hygiene, sanitation and waste management, Menstrual Hygiene Management and climate change for over 250 WASH Club members.
Actively managed liaising with team members of partner organizations and other stakeholders across selected schools for project related activities.
Led sessions to sensitize and mainstream the concepts and practices of good health, hygiene and sanitation for school teachers, students and janitorial staff.
Conducted sessions about Child and Adult Safeguarding for school teachers and students of Government schools within ICT.
Supported Communications department in the following tasks:


Designing project related training packages,
Drafting write-up for newsletters,
distributing educational leaflets and other IEC materials in the schools,
producing photographs and videos for success stories/case studies.


Conducted over 50 telephonic interviews for data collection of various surveys.
Supported project team in the branding of COVID-19 Vaccination Centers within Islamabad.
Drafted concept notes and developed monthly, quarterly and project progress reports.

Collected data for Services Availability and Responsive Assessment (SARA) and Community Catchment Survey of ICT Region

Implementation of Water Aid\'s Menstrual Hygiene Management Program in Public schools of Islamabad Region
