 Compile Attendance of all Departments for payroll purposes.
 Responsible for recording overtime of employees and submitting monthly report to manager after each payroll cycle.

 Adhere to payroll timeline as agreed with audit and account departments on all payroll categories.
 Observe assigned work shifts and compliance with timekeeping rules.
 Entertain employee inquiries and concerns regarding monthly payroll issues.
 Keeping a record of employee’s personal files and up-date them time to time for payroll.
 Process employee request and provide relevant information.
 Prepare regular HR/ Admin reports.
 Ensure HR/ Admin policies and practices are properly implemented.
 Daily, Monthly & Yearly Update and maintain Patient’s Statistics Records (OPD, Indoor, Procedure, ER Admission, Bed Occupancy etc.
