Conduct Lectures and look after according to time table and report to Principal on daily basis
Maintaining students personal file record (Soft and hard copies)
Responsible for the installation, registration of the Students in Biometric machine.
Responsible to maintain all office documentation including Admissions, Registrations, any kind of letters & Correspondents etc,

Prepare & Issuing students and Employee display I.D cards
Compile Attendance of all Teachers for payroll purposes
Maintain C.V bank manually and systematic.
Conduct jobs interviews

Responsible for preparation of new employees files.
Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on boarding package and explaining company policies,
Coordinate meetings and Training Seminars.
Conduct Induction processes for new hiring for payroll.
Responsible for the installation, registration of new employees in Biometric machine.
Compile Attendance of all Departments for payroll purposes.
Responsible for recording overtime of employees and submitting monthly report to manager after each payroll cycle.
Maintaining the employees leave record, ensure compliance with leave policy and submitting a monthly report to manager after each payroll cycle.
Adhere to payroll timeline as agreed with audit and account departments on all payroll categories.
Observe assigned work shifts and compliance with timekeeping rules.
Entertain employee inquiries and concerns regarding monthly payroll issues.
Keeping a record of employee’s personal files and up-date them time to time for payroll.
Process employee request and provide relevant information.
Prepare regular HR/ Admin reports.
Ensure HR/ Admin policies and practices are properly implemented.
Daily, Monthly & Yearly Update and maintain Patient’s Statistics Records (OPD, Indoor, Procedure, ER Admission, Bed Occupancy etc.
