Planning, organize and manage day to day allocation of resources (equipment, people, material & systems) in order to efficiently, safely and cost effectively achieve performance targets as assigned by the management. • Assist the project and maintenance team to improve the production process.• Optimize and initiate continuous improvement of processes and machines by studying thoroughly their designs, working principles, mechanisms and their efficiency enhancement through modifications in coordination with the project manager. • Assist the production manager to reduce the process material losses (Primary and secondary) and overhead costs (labor, utilities). • Arrange and manage workshops to develop the sense of hygiene, equipment and environmental safety. • Allocate and maintain stock levels for all raw material, packaging and technical supplies.• Assist the maintenance department to ensure planned maintenance in order to minimize down times for the improvement. • Maintain the TPM culture on plant to improve work environment and machine\'s efficiency.
