Worked in different bottle making process sections during this session. Performed a survey of single phase and three phase motors for calculating power consumption of plant, Troubleshoot automatic starting of master slave backup generators. Troubleshoot the photo sensors used for bottle monitoring. Worked on filler machine, labeller, capper, blow moulding machine and Robox for operation and monitoring with senior engineers.

Worked in different production sections. Worked on circuit designing in electrical section, worked on voltage stabilizers, worked on back UPS and better’s testing, worked on high power backup diesel generators, worked on fan’s motor winding.

Worked with senior engineers in different sections related to my specialization. Worked on 322MVA generator’s annual maintenance and stability with staff, worked on DCS system, worked on maintenance and protection of power transformers, worked on transmission line monitoring sensors in switchyard, testing and troubleshooting of backup UPS and batters, performed monitoring, analysing and control operation of power house with senior engineers and power factor correction.
