Prepare all full and final settlements and check meal activation, advance payments, leave balance, PF payments, and tax deduction while preparing full and final settlements
Prepare monthly data bank and KPI report
Oversee end-to-end recruitment process of IHHN including making advertisements, screening & shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
Prepare and maintain resume/CV database of all positions in soft and hard form
Conduct new employee’s orientation like creating Oracle HMIS ID, enrolment in attendance machine, briefing about company code of conduct
Complete onboarding process including preparing personnel file, offer/appointment, contract letter
