Network Support Engineer
Reporting directly to the CEO, Directors and collaborating closely monitoring with the group members i.e. Head office, Kazim Trust (NGO) and Director’s residence. Responding to all IT queries on a timely and an accurate manner and resolving queries to the user’s satisfaction and looking after all the networking issues. As a network support engineer, I am responsible for maintaining the systems that allow organizations to function and communicate, both internally and externally, on a daily basis. After working as a network support engineer, I might find prefer the people side of the role.
