Sales Executive
-Cold calling to potential buyers.
-Searching and sharing quotations with customers via call, email or whatsapp, as per their demand.
-Coordinate with Finance team to ensure proper invoices are produced and payments are collected as agreed with the customer.
-Follow-up with the company\'s authorities that the unit has been secured from the yard or auction and loaded in the ship for desired port.
Customer Care- International
Proactive working on all International un-delivered shipments (Import and Export).
Provide full tracing services for customers by investigating shipment incidents involving undelivered, returned, misrouted, delayed, lost, damaged shipments etc.
Handling customer inquiries & complaints taking all possible actions to resolve issues in accordance with service standards & procedures.
Liaise with other departments & operations to address issues on service recovery.
