• Develops, standardize, update and maintain electrical drawing of LV Panels.
• Design, analyze and propose modification of LT, PFI, Auto Synchronizing, Auto Changeover, Auto Phase Correction, Motor Control Panels.
• Selection of Cables' & Copper Busbars' size according to Switchgear components' Ampere Rating.
• Preparation of Electrical Procedures for Installation, testing & commissioning of Low Voltage Panels.
• Review system Reports with concerned to ensure that there is no error.
• Advice staff to take corrective action in case of any shortfall in their execution of task.
• Coordinating with consultant/contractor/client to understand drawings and layouts, specifications for designing of SLD and Protection and control schemes.
• Site visiting to verify the size of enclosure and incoming/outgoings of Mains and loads.
• Handling Design reviews with customers’ engineers.
• Issuing power and control drawings for manufacturing.
• Testing & Commssioning of LV Panels.
• Providing technical support to Sales, Estimation and Operation team.
• Review reports regarding LT Panel, PFI Panel and GENSET and troubleshoot if there is any problem.

Prepare Bill Of Materials (BOMs) for standard & non-standard product as per client requirements.
• To estimate all the low voltage switchgear assemblies.
• Estimating BOQ of L.V switchgear includes (Synch, ATS, Phase reversal, PFI, MCC, Main L.T Panels, MDB, DBs…).
• To calculate the load and assemble all the low voltage panels as per client’s requirements.
• Keep record up to date about every project.
• To direct staff & workers about project’s upgrading.
• To suggest client about their project’s further & better improvement.
• To arrange technical meetings with the clients.
• Keep record up-to-date of all electrical equipments about their modification & prices.
• To supervise the projects from estimation (E.g; whole panel costing including components cost, housing, copper costing, cabling, hardware, labour & profit) to inspection including design, operation etc.
• Leading 3 Engineers team.

• To arrange incoming material inspection (Electrically).
• To arrange calibration for testing equipments timely and to keep calibration record up to date.
• To arrange periodical maintenance of all electrical equipments & LV Panels.
• Effective trouble shooting in order to ensure that the process should not delay.
• To design the control of ATS, Phase Reversal, DOL Starter and ASD starters.
• To attempt timely and rectify any discrepancy reported by process team.

• Installation of MV & LV Panels at Site
• To monitor testing activities at site.
• Arrange testing of electrical parts, assemblies, and accessories prior to installation in site for conformance to specifications and quality standards, using precision measuring instruments and test equipment.
• To test/check the LV Panels as per approved drawings.
• To supervise daily site activities at site and to ensure that activities should run smoothly.
Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customer’s representatives.
• Implementation of safety measures and to educate the staff about the principles.
