Managing a team of supervisors with labour force.
Over viewing, assisting & supervising civil & mechanical.
Installation and termination of DB\'s.
Installation of electrical & mechanical equipments.
Installation of electrical appliances like light circuits,power circuits and security systems.
CCTV system the whole building.
Installation of firefighting equipments.
Laying of electrical and power cables.
Monitoring of work quality standard as per the requirement.
MIR and RFI with consultant and client.
Frequent sites visits for projects feasibility that include shop drawings and all other work related to Electrical.
CO ordination with consultant, project management and client.
To prepare interim and monthly completion project reports and get it certified by the client /contractor/consultant whichever is needed.
To lead project team and facilitate the communication and interaction amongst the functional representative.
