Assist in monitoring and improving Road Safety and Driver behavior performance.

Conduct Quantitative and Qualitative assessment to identify Risk Associated with Heavy Truck/ Vehicle Movements.

Conduct assessments and provide safety support for drivers.

Maintaining and generate IVMS weekly, monthly, Spot Checklist, Drivers Vehicle checklist and log sheet reports.

Maintaining and Tracking Drivers and vehicle details.

Responsible for Heavy, Light Vehicles pre-inspection prior to arrange client approval inspection.

Coordinate with design and planning teams to make Traffic Management plan, Traffic access and exit routes for site, TSF (Temporary Site Facility) and Laydown areas.

Monitor incident trends and perform Root cause investigations.

Develop and deliver presentation regarding Road safety performance.

Attend pre-job planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.

Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the companys policy i.e. emergency response systems, etc.

Implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines MSRAs and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.

Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.

To Make Diversions and dealing with ROP (Royal Oman Police) and regional Police Station to take approvals for Traffic Diversions.

Protection of live gas pipeline 8 and 24 according to OGC Oman Gas Company HSE standards.

To shift and place bridge girders under safe observation.

Assist in the development of project specific HSE procedures.

Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees.

Ensure all worksites are compliant with Companys HSE policies and safety standards.

Carryout site survey to see that only safe methods are in operation and HSE requirements are being observe, welfare and first aid facilities are adequate and properly maintained.
