Initiate, prepare and develop project plans and schedules according to standards, contract specifications, and accepted project management practices.
Coordinate with the project manager, site manager, site engineers, and Engineers of various disciplines to acquire proper data and specifications for the schedule.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and method statements of works for the preparation of activity networks, scheduling, resources planning, and allocation.
Planning Engineer
Development of Baseline Bi-weekly, monthly & Quarterly Schedules using Primavera P6.
Preparation of look ahead plans and site progress.
Estimation of workforce requirements for the project based on productivity.
Highlighted drawings for progress review based on site condition on a daily basis.
Preparation of KPI (key performance indicator) based Progress report.
