I was key member of hotel’s opening team and responsible for managing the human resource function, in order to meet with company’s HR & business objectives; and involved into the development of policies & implementation of staffing strategies, focusing on delivering guest services. I was also accountable for:
• Guiding and directing in all facets of human resource including recruitment & training, benefits & payroll administration, employee relations, performance management, succession planning and HR budgeting.
• Recruitment of quality employees to achieve the business targets within budgeted staffing plan.
• Monitoring HR objectives and employee programs within budget for maximizing productivity & morale.
• Counseling of the staff. Helping employees overcome problems, both personal and work related. Also 9handling the misconduct issues, disciplinary actions, incident investigation & enquiries and reports.
I want to learn more about the banks transactions how the work in every departments so finally i work in all departments of bank.
